What we liked
- + Fir wood with a water-based finish, and the listing says it extends the growing season with transparent panels.
- + Dual roof vents can be adjusted to fine-tune ventilation and humidity.
- + At 36 by 33 by 23 inches and priced under $75, it is a low-cost option in this guide.
Trade-offs
- - It has no wheels or shelves, unlike the 2-door wheeled model it replaces.
- - Low profile fits seedlings and herbs rather than tall plants.
